At Meermin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes are not a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and protective dust bags, ensuring all tags are attached and the footwear is securely packed for transit.
Ship the Items
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
